Terms of sale, cancellations and refunds

1. What is purchased
Studio 110 provides in-person training in Palma de Mallorca. Typical purchases are monthly memberships, Bono packs and DROP-IN. No physical products are sold through this website.
2. Shipping
There is no physical product shipping. The service is delivered at the studio, Carrer Arxiduc Lluís Salvador, 110, Nord, 07004 Palma, Illes Balears.
3. Where payment is made
This website does not have its own checkout. Memberships, packs and passes are completed on an external payment and booking platform linked from this site. The published price is what you pay: Studio 110 covers the gateway’s processing fees. The terms shown at the time of purchase on that gateway form part of the contract, together with applicable Spanish consumer law.
Order cancellation
- Can the customer cancel? Yes. You may cancel the order or withdraw from a distance contract.
- Deadline to cancel: 14 calendar days from the purchase date, under Spanish consumer law applicable to distance contracts.
- Sessions already taken: training sessions already used cannot be cancelled.
- How to cancel: on the same payment or booking platform where you paid and/or by contacting Studio 110 by email ( info@studiociento10.com ), phone ( +34 620 07 04 67 ) or WhatsApp.
Cancelling a monthly membership
There is no joining fee and no minimum term. To stop the following month, tell us by the 5th of the current month by email, phone or WhatsApp. If you have already trained in that period, the cancellation is adjusted for sessions used.
Returns and refunds
- Do you accept returns? There is no physical product to return. Sessions already used are not returned. Unused amounts are refunded when cancellation or withdrawal applies.
- Refund deadline: 14 calendar days from when Studio 110 receives the cancellation or withdrawal request (legal refund period for distance contracts).
- How the refund is made: to the same payment method used for the purchase (card or other method on the payment gateway), at no extra cost to the customer.
